The applicant must secure at least 50 marks out of 100 to be considered eligible for the award. Applicants scoring below 50 marks will not be considered for further evaluation.
Only achievements supported by valid documentary proof will be counted. Claims without proof will not be evaluated.
Wherever a time limit is mentioned in the award criteria, only achievements within that period will be considered.
The same activity, publication, patent, grant, or recognition should not be claimed under more than one head.
Paid awards, paid recognitions, or self-sponsored distinctions will not be considered unless specifically approved by the committee.
For publications, patents, grants, and consultancy, marks will be given strictly as per the role mentioned in the proof submitted.
In case of a tie, preference may be given to the candidate with higher APTI contribution, stronger domain-specific achievement, and more recent accomplishments.
The award committee reserves the right to verify all documents and reject incomplete, false, or misleading claims.
Submission of the application does not guarantee selection; final decision will be based on merit and verification of records.
Any additional condition specific to a particular award category will override the general eligibility rule for that award.
