All APTI Member who has a legitimate grievance or complaint against the organization, institution (co-worker to institute or organization the complainent working), can approach the grievance cell.
Any grievance related to the organization or institution can be raised with thegrievance cell. This can include grievances related to service, discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment, policy violation, and any other issues related to profession.
First, The complainent should be life-member of APTI (for new membership visit https://aptiindia.org/), post membership, the user can use the APTI Membership ID, to login and register grievance.
The APTI grievance cell will investigate the complaint and try to resolve it through a fair and transparent process. This may involve gathering information, conducting interviews, and reviewing relevant policies and procedures.
The time taken to resolve a grievance can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. However, APTI aim to resolve grievances as quickly and efficiently as possible.
APTI Grievance cells maintain confidentiality of the complainant and the details of the grievance as much as possible, but there may be situations where the information needs to be shared with relevant stakeholders for the purpose of investigation and resolution.
